This system enables personnel to safely simulate drone-delivered chemical dispersal threats, including devices associated with toxic industrial chemicals (TICs) and broader CBRN (Chemical, Biological, Radiological, Nuclear) hazard environments.
This payload adapter is specifically configured for use with 38 Sierra’s Chemical Munition Type 1 and Type 2 training aids, which are included with each variant. These configurations allow personnel to train on the identification, handling, and response considerations associated with drone-delivered chemical payloads, including dispersal devices designed to release powders, liquids, or aerosolized substances.
Designed for rapid installation, the adapter utilizes a tool-less attachment system, allowing it to be mounted or removed without permanent modification to the aircraft. This supports flexible use across training environments where chemical hazard recognition and response procedures are a priority.
